My mental age is twice my actual age. What's yours?
I'm 22 but this quiz said i'm 40-50. I feel like I tend to be the responsible one in my friend group, I'm organized and I have goals for my future. Sometimes I feel like I don't relate to the people my age. Does anyone else feel like this?

I used to be like this but then I realized I was taking myself too seriously. I'd judge people for partying too much or not planning for the future, but I was probably a little toooo uptight. Now I just try to hit a balance.

Not really, my mental age matched my physical age but it's not bad to be responsible. It's likely that without you, your friend group would fall apart. Your an important part of your friend group. 😊

Yes I completely relate! I also got 40-50 on the quiz. I'm the "mom friend" and I'm always the one planning our hangouts and handling logistics. Sometimes I wish my friends would just get it together.

Yes aside from the friend group part because I'm antisocial. I'm a teenager so everyone my age is obsessing over social media which I couldn't care less about. In fact I've never been on TikTok once in my life. My brain is constantly thinking about long-term stuff and although I seem energetic and playful on the outside I really just don't connect well with people my age. Actually I don't connect well with anyone, but it's worse with people my age. You're not alone :)

Oh, when I did the test, I got 40-50 as well! I can definitely relate, and I'm always called the smart person in my group of ladies, and I'm always trying to help sustain peace. What surprised me was that my neice, age 11, got a mental age of 75-80! I was very shocked. She is quite mature, that's for sure.

25 - 30 is what I got. I know for a fact that isn't true. I'm 19 and I've never been able to relate to anyone remotely close to my age. I was abused a d parentified. I'm the oldest sister. I was independent by 17 and raised my sisters. I am incredibly self aware and grew up too fast.

The crazy thing is I'm not even in high school yet and I got the result of 18-30, though I can see why considering most of my friends are 15 or older, they seem to understand me more easily than children my age.

Definitely feel like that too. Believe it or not but I'm not even an adult and I got 60-65. Well, it's never really changed even though I take the test after every few years but I realized that I'm kinda an old soul.

I'm always the "Mature one" in my group of friends that are all 15+ all say I'm mature, I went through a lot as a kid, and I'm always tired and weary, so 25-29 does feel right, I have a lot of time to think so I believe this was a accurate test

Im 16 years old and it is overall odd that a young adult would be on here but I took the test and i think this test isn't fully accurate because it said my mental age was 30-35 and maybe it is and maybe I'm over thinking this but I'm not sure what age range this test is for. To be fully honest if a doctor told me personally that I had a 30 year old mental age I would believe them.
