Lizzo’s overall weight loss strategy has been to focus on caloric deficit, meaning that she burns more calories than she consumes every day. She has done this by lifting weights, taking long walks, jumping rope, doing Pilates, and eating a healthy diet. She did try the weight loss drug Ozempic at one point, but ultimately decided it wasn't right for her. She has reportedly lost a total of 60 pounds (27 kg) since she started her journey in 2023.
