This wikiHow will show you how to respond to or follow up on feedback on eBay. Unfortunately, the ability to edit feedback does not exist, so you'll need to leave a comment on the original feedback if you want to make an edit.

Go to the feedback you've left for others. You can find the page at http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ReviewFeedbackLeft.
- In the mobile app, tap the three-line menu in the top right corner of your screen. Then tap the arrow pointing down next to your username and tap Profile. From there you'll tap See all feedback.

Click Follow Up next to an item number. This opens that order's page for you to comment on your feedback.
- Once you've submitted positive feedback, you cannot change that to negative or neutral feedback.^{[1]

- If you want to revise negative or neutral feedback, you can ask the seller to request feedback revision.
