Do you have multiple calendars synced to your iPhone? If you want to get rid of some clutter, you can delete unnecessary calendars. These can be default calendars or calendars added with your email accounts. Here's how to delete calendars on your iPhone.
Removing Calendars and Entries from iPhone
To delete calendars on your iPhone, open the Calendar app and tap Calendars. Tap i next to a calendar, and then tap Delete Calendar. You can also tap Hide All to temporarily hide entries.
