   Go to the registration form. When you reach the website’s home page, go to the “Sign Up” button and click on it to reach the registration form. Fill in the important details.

   Complete verification. Fill in the username. Ensure availability. Enter the valid mobile numbers and email ID. The password and the account verification code will be sent to your mail or mobile phone. Click “Submit” button and then “OK” to continue the registration process.

   Read the “Terms & Conditions” section. Click “Accept” button and soon you will receive a thanking message.

   Complete the activation process. In order to activate your IRCTC account, “verification code” and the “activation link” are received on the SMS and email id respectively. When you open your email, you will receive a mail acknowledging you about your highly confidential password and user id.

   Click the “Activation Link” given in the email. Later, the “mobile verification code” is required. Open the message and enter the code before you click the “Submit” button.
