    • If you don't have the Alexa app, you can download it for free from either the Google Play Store or App Store.
  2. You'll find this in the upper left corner of your screen.

  4. This is the second listing in the menu with the Amazon Music logo, not the listing for "My Amazon Music" which is all the music you have on Amazon, not the subscription-based service.

  1. Go to https://alexa.amazon.com. This works on computers, phones, and tablets.
    • The website does not fully support all devices and Alexa features, but you can use some of the basic features you need to link your Amazon Music and Alexa.
  2. You'll need to enter your Amazon account information to continue.
    • Click Sign-In to continue.
  3. You'll see this in the menu on the left side of the page.
  4. You'll have to scroll to find the "Music" header, and Prime Music is the subscription-based service you want to connect.
  5. If you haven't connected your Amazon Music subscription with Alexa previously, you will be prompted here to do that.
