Remove all the conversations from your Snapchat feed

This wikiHow teaches you how to delete all of your conversations from Snapchat. Clearing these chats won't permanently delete the messages you've exchanged, but it will remove the conversations from the Chats screen.

Quick Steps

  1. Open the Snapchat app and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap the gear icon.
  3. Scroll down and tap Clear data.
  4. Tap Clear Conversations.
  5. Tap the X next to each conversation you want to clear.
  6. Tap Clear.

  1. If you're not already on the Chats page, tap the speech bubble icon at the bottom of your screen to open the page.
  2. Place your finger on the conversation on your screen, then press and hold for a second. A menu will pop up.
  3. This will bring you to a menu where you can change the settings for this chat.
  4. This option is in red text, and at the top of the menu.
  5. This will immediately clear out the conversation. This does not delete the conversation, however. The only way to delete a conversation is to block the user.
