- Your phone line will ring until the voicemail picks up.

Enter your Xfinity Voice passcode. This is a 4-digit PIN. If you're a new customer, you should have received this number through an automated phone call or by mail. After you successfully enter your passcode, you will be able to control and access your voicemail.[1]
