While Depop doesn’t give you an option in your profile to update your address, the process is still pretty simple. All you need to do is trick the platform into thinking you’re buying something, and then update your address in the checkout screen. We’ll walk you through everything you need to know (including how to delete your address from the platform), so you can make sure your Depop information is up-to-date.

3. Ships to > Add new address
4. Enter your new address.
5. Hit Confirm and add address.

Changing Your Shipping Address

   Pick an item to “buy” on Depop. It doesn’t matter what it is—you won’t actually be purchasing it. The goal is to get you to the checkout screen, where Depop lets you adjust your shipping address.

   Hit Checkout. If you’re on your computer, the Depop website will say Checkout 1 item, or however many items you have in your bag currently.

   Tap Ships to and Add new address. If you’re on the app, the Add new address button lets you search for a new address to include. It’ll automatically pull up the closest matches to your address, so it’s easy to change.

   • If you’re on desktop, just hit the Add new address button. The website will make you fill out the new address manually, rather than looking it up in search.

   Enter your name and phone number once you’ve selected your address. Depop won’t let you add a new address until the First and last name and Phone number fields are filled in.

   • Skip this step if you’re on desktop—you’ll have already filled it in.

   Hit Confirm and add address to add the new shipping address. This new address will automatically become your new shipping address.

   • On desktop, click Save address to confirm your new shipping address.

   Remove the purchase from your bag. If you’re using the Depop app, hit Edit followed by the red minus sign icon to delete the item. If you’re on Depop’s website, click the trash can icon beneath the listing.

Deleting Your Address

   Swipe left on your shipping address in the Depop app. This causes a red Delete button to pop up next to the address. Tap this to delete it from your account.

   • Alternative: Hit the Edit button above your address and tap the red minus sign that pops up to the left of your old address.
   • Unfortunately, Depop doesn’t let you delete your shipping address on their website.
