Trying to cancel your Facetune free trial or subscription? You can easily deactivate your membership on both mobile or desktop, as long as you’re using the same device that’s connected to your account. In this article, we’ll walk you through how to cancel a Facetune subscription on desktop, iOS, Android, and PayPal, plus how to request a refund if you see unauthorized charges.

Canceling a Facetune Subscription on an iPhone

Click on the “Settings” app and select your name at the top of the screen.
Choose “Subscriptions” to manage all your active subscriptions, then hit “Facetune.”
Select the “Cancel Subscription” button at the bottom of the screen to end your subscription.

On the iPhone connected to your Facetune account, select “Settings,” or the app that looks like a gray cog icon. Click on your name at the top of the screen, which is located above the text “Apple ID, iCloud+, Media & Purchases.”
The “Subscriptions” button is located under the “Payment & Shipping” button. Once you click on it, a list of all your active subscriptions will pop up. Select your “Facetune” subscription to modify or cancel it.

Click on “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom of the screen. Read the on-screen instructions to finalize your cancellation, then hit “Confirm.” The expiration date of your subscription will be listed underneath the text “You’ve canceled your subscription.”
- You still have access to your subscription until the end of your membership.

Logged into the same account connected to your Facetune subscription, click on the Google Play Store app—it looks like a triangle with green, blue, red, and yellow colors inside of it. Navigate to the top right corner of the screen and select the profile icon.^{[1]

Once the pop up menu opens, hit the “Payments & subscriptions” button that is located under “Offers and notifications.” Then, click on the “Subscriptions” button to pull up a list of all your active and inactive subscriptions.^{[2]

On the PayPal home page, click on the “Log in” button in the top right corner of the screen. Enter your email address and password to access your account. Then, hit the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen (next to “Log out”).^{[7]

The “Payments” tab is located in the top and center of the screen, to the right of the “Data & Privacy” tab. Once you click on it, scroll to the bottom of the page and hit “Automatic payments.”^{[8]

Email customer service at facetune.support@lightricks.com. If you can’t cancel your Facetune subscription on mobile or desktop, shoot the company an email for additional help. If you’re using Facetune on iOS, the customer service email is facetune.support@lightricks.com. The customer service email for Android users is facetune.android.support@lightricks.com.^{[10]
