Like other filters, you can easily apply it to your camera in the "Effects" menu. This wikiHow will show you how to find and use the buzz cut filter on TikTok and Snapchat using your iPhone, iPad, or Android.

To use the TikTok filter, open the TikTok app and tap "+" to create a new TikTok.
Tap the magnifying glass and search for "crew cut." Tap the first result to use the effect.
On Snapchat, search for the "bald character" Lens by Snapchat.
