How do I know if someone is high vibration?
Usually if someone says you're High Vibing or high vibrational they're talking about your happy, positive outlook on life and likely that you often see the good in things and people. You may be bubbly or friendly, but not necessarily. It can simply be a reflection that the energy you're sharing (even by sitting there) makes someone feel happy, uplifted and likely very comfortable in your company. It's a compliment. :)
How do you meditate spiritually?
Meditation can be easy, if your expectations aren't set too high. Most people struggle with meditation because they think they are supposed to "stop thinking" and have a completely clear mind. However this is virtually impossible. It's more about the intention of having a calm mind and calm heart and filling yourself up with your own beautiful energy. This is where you connect to source and your own divine energy, and source of all answers. To start out, try using background music or even "guided meditations" and follow the voice of someone leading you on a journey. Your mind will wander, and that's ok. It doesn't mean you're not doing it right. It just means your brain is doing it's job... to keep you thinking and worrying. So instead of being frustrated, remind yourself that your thoughts are just passing, let them go by and return to comfortable space within your mind and heart. Doing this regularly you'll start to notice when you get off track, and getting back into the "zone" will become easier and easier. Also, to start only try 5-15 minute meditations at first, then go up from there. But many times, 15 minutes is all you need. Good luck!
How can I cleanse myself of bad luck??
If you think you're unlucky, then unfortunately you're starting to energetically contribute to these "unlucky" things happening. It's not an insult, it's just how energetic law works. But good news is, you can change this as quickly as you change your thoughts! It's about catching yourself when you NOTICE you've drifted into a more negative mindset and actively putting in adjustments to keep your thoughts and emotions lighter. It's not about being "happy all the time". It's about noticing then these thoughts come up, choosing not to join the negative thought train, and re-routing yourself to a more empowering state. It's not easy to simply re-think yourself to happiness. Tools like: music, dance, a photo or even a happy memory can help you shift your mindset quickly. My personal favourite is listening to specific pieces of music that always make me want to dance. I turn it on, and in less than 20 seconds I'm already smiling and feeling better. That's all it takes, but you have to commit to noticing when your energy is changing, then making the adjustment. Start with these small shifts and soon you'll quickly notice how effective they are. How do you do a one card tarot reading?
A one card spread is a quick and easy way to get guidance and direction, but you need to be specific in your intentions and he question you're asking. If you are vague on your questions, it's likely to get a vague response. But if you take the time to create a specific question, you're more likely to get a more direct response. Interpretation of the card and message is also key. Don't just jump right to the guide book for answers once cards are pulled. Look deeply into the card. What do you see? What details are calling for your attention? How does the card make you feel? Hold the card to your heart. What do you feel? Are you getting any sudden thoughts or have any epiphanies when you see this card? All of this counts. Consider the subtle details coming through and ask yourself, how does this answer the question I asked? Then turn to the guide book (optional) to see what other messages may support this question. The key to one card readings is to ask direct questions with detail, and try not to second guess your intuition, or the messages coming through. Not all messages make sense at the time they're received, so be patient and observant and simply watch what comes down the line after you've received your divine guidance through a single card pull. How do you cleanse a tarot deck?
I love this question. I personally love cleaning all my decks with sound. I typically use either a singing bowl or bells. The reason I personally use sound cleansing over smudging and sun/ moonlight (which are also lovely) is because holy smoke and light may not penetrate deep into the deck and at times only the edges of the cards come into direct contact with smoke or light. However, sound is different. Sound can penetrate deeply into rooms, spaces, personal items and decks of cards. Another beautiful benefit of cleansing with sound is if you set the right intention, you can cleanse all your decks at once, quickly and efficiently. Hope that helps. :)
