How do you train for Ninja Warrior without a gym?
You can train for Ninja Warrior on your own by building your own obstacle course! Your course should include flow balance obstacles, fast balance obstacles, traverses, dinos, and a warped wall. Always double-check that your course is totally secure before testing it out. You should also make sure you put padding beneath in case you fall.
What should I include in my obstacle course?
At the very least, you'll need a Salmon Ladder, a Warped Wall, and Quad Steps, but you can include more obstacles if you like. The goal of your obstacles should be to increase your endurance and agility and make you a well-rounded athlete.
Can I build my own obstacle course?
Absolutely! I recommend including a salmon ladder, a warp wall, and quad steps to build your endurance. Just make sure that everything you put up is super secure and has padding underneath so you don't injure yourself.
