How to Print a PDF on Mac

  1. Open the file you want to save as a PDF.
  2. Click “File” in the top left of your screen.
  3. Select “Print” at the bottom of the dropdown menu.
  4. Hit the “PDF” button at the bottom left of the pop-up window.
  5. Press “Save as PDF,” then choose a name and location for the file.
  6. Choose “Save” at the bottom right-hand corner of the pop-up window.
